EO spritzers

Essential oils are my jam! Legit obsessed. We have been using essential oils for three years now. Travis and I use them all the time, but I have to say since becoming a mom, I forget to use them on myself. Boo. Always taking care of everyone else first. 😉

I love using my oils to make things. I’ve made lotions, bath salts, sprays, salad dressings, and wellness ‘tea’. When I went to my first oil seminar, I won a peace & calming spray. We used it every night! Every. Night. We haven’t been able to kick this nasty cold that’s going around so I made 4 more sprays for our family. Mostly Dane.

We use Young Living oils. I decided to purchase from their company because they have been in the industry for several years and have THE BEST ‘seed to seal’ process. You know you are getting a quality oil with no additives. My one recommendation is to be consistent with them. Apply, apply, apply, and then apply some more.

I used these glass spray bottles from Amazon. I also tend to make mine on the ‘stronger’ side. If you are just starting out you can use less drops. Whatever you’re comfortable with. Some people like to add witch hazel or vodka to help distribute the oil but I just use filtered water.

Sniffles: water and 20-30 drops of sniffleease. If you don’t have this blend you can add a combo of these oils, if you have them on hand: peppermint, eucalyptus, pine, marjoram, spruce, lavender, myrtle, ravintsara, and dorado azul. These oils are included in the sniffleease blend.

Allergy: water, 10 drops lemon, 10 drops lavender, and 10 drops peppermint. Some call this blend, LLP.

Thieves: water, 20-30 drops of thieves blend (clove, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus radiata, and rosemary).

Sleepy: water, 10 drops lavender, 10 drops valor/valor II, and 10 drops peace & calming/peace & calming II.
